Jimmy is a famous face around Aberdeen after he appeared on BBC's Trawlermen in 2006. Since then he's been a leading voice in the Scottish fish industry and has started up his own supply chain business. Jimmy is quite the character and we were delighted to welcome himto the podcast to talk about his personal brand as well as that of Amity Fish, as well as what it's been like in an industry that's had a particularly turbulent 12 months.
